2019 LFDW Annual Meeting and prior night's reception

The event includes a reception the preceding night, November 22. Sign-in and registration packets will be collectible before the reception and from 6:30 until 9 the next morning. Continental breakfast will be available at that time. For hotel guests, the restaurant will have a full complimentary breakfast buffet. If you wish to reserve your hotel room for $97 (that includes taxes and fees!), please contact Theresa Rohloff at 337-234-7225 or 780-7566 by November 15. Otherwise, contact the hotel for regular reservation rates at their main number in Shreveport.

Note that we have a special online promotion offer whereby if you join or renew your membership now, your $45 registration cost will be reduced by $15. Add your 2019-20 membership first, and get your total package, including paid individual membership and Annual Meeting registration, for only $55. You do not have to join. The meeting registration, alone is $45.

Registration Fees

The decision has been made, for the benefit of all individuals who intend to attend our 2019 Annual Meeting, to maintain the registration rate at the early bird pricing of $45. In addition to that, the club has been able to open the option of a promotional discount to registration if payment is also made through BonTempTix to cover individual membership dues of $25.

To do this, go to the Membership tab FIRST and pay your individual membership fee. Then when you purchase your registration ticket, your registration fee will drop by $15 to only $30 automatically, so that the total of $55 will cover your dues and registration. This way you can use your credit card to promptly execution of your transaction. We are excited to use this new, Louisiana-based service. We believe you will find it very satisfactory.

If you have already mailed your registration of $55, you will have the choice of applying it to this discount, or a refund of $10 to cover the lower priced registration without the discount. This limited-time offer ends November 23, 2019 and is only available through 2019 Annual Meeting attendance.
