Event Details

We will welcome our State Historic Preservation office team to discuss establishing historic and cultural districts, listing places on the National Register for Historic Places, and how to apply for historic tax credits. We will also hear from community members about their projects utilizing the various tools and incentives for historic preservation.

Panelists include State Historic Preservation Office team members; Frank Duke, EBR Planning Commission; Byron Washington, Scotlandville Historic District Project Manager; Brittany Zeno, Old South Baton Rouge Economic District; Solomon Carter and Anthony Kimble, Hotel Lincoln, LLC; Fairleigh Jackson, Preserve Louisiana; Stonehenge Capital team member; and John Schneider, Vision City Development Group.
