The official Books Along The Teche Literary Festival returns for a seventh year, featuring various opportunities for exploring the realms of literary history, culture, and cuisine—all in the beautiful historic district of New Iberia. Among events included in this year's festival is the Book Club Lunch-The Book of Lost Friends with Lisa Wingate (This Event is not Part of the All Inclusive Package)
Come experience this RARE opportunity!
Do you like the banter and great discussions that occur at your local book club, but you wished you had the author present so you could get their perspective on the content or characters in the book? Well, now is your chance. Lisa Wingate will be present to discuss aspects from her New York Times Best Selling book "The Book of Lost Friends". Karen Riley Simmons from the Rapides Parish Library System has agreed to facilitate the discussions along with Lisa.
Lunch will be provided by Church Alley Cafe and Bistro.
