Saxophonist Doug Stone is an educator, composer, arranger and touring/recording professional. After touring primarily with jazz trumpet legend Maynard Ferguson,  Stone recently became the Assistant Professor of Jazz Studies at LSU. The Hall is pleased to present Stone's quartet that features the renowned NYC-based saxophonist and vocalist Darmon Meader for an intimate night of jazz. Also featured are LSU greats Willis Delony (piano) and Molly Redfield (bass). SLU faculty member Michael Brothers will be on drums.
