Will there be dinner?

Yes! Your ticket includes a catered dinner and deserts! Alcohol may be purchasable at the bar.

Can I reserve a table for my group/Krewe?

Tables will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Tables can be reserved by clicking the "Tickets" button above, then selecting whether you would like an 8 or 10 person table.

There will be unreserved tables for others to sit as well!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. However, our bar will require an ID to purchase any alcoholic beverages.

Are there special room rates available at the hotel for the event?

Yes! There is a courtesy block of hotel rooms at $129/night. Complimentary hot breakfast is included. Please call the Cook Hotel front desk to make reservations and ask for the Krewe of Southdowns Ball block. Reservations at this special rate will be available until January 7th. Rooms not booked after that date will be released and the best available rate applies.
