Join us on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at the Embassy Suites Hotel for our 37th Annual Krewe of Southdowns Ball. Help us celebrate with this year's King Justin Moore and Queen Amy Moore.

Ball attendees are encouraged to come in Mad-hatter garb. Wear your most festive "Mad" hat!

Put on that fabulous costume! And, dance the night away to musical guests, "The Remnants"

(Doors open at 7:30 p.m.)

Open Buffet Dinner (Tea, Water and Coffee) 8 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

FAQs

Will there be dinner?

Yes! Your ticket includes a buffet dinner and deserts! Alcohol may be purchasable at the bar.

Can I reserve a table for my group/Krewe?

Tables will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Tables can be reserved by clicking the "Tickets" button above, then selecting whether you would like an 8 or 10 person table. (Keep in mind that there will be a table decorating contest! If you would like to participate, the doors open at 5:30 p.m. for early decorating.) There will be unreserved tables for others to sit as well!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. However, our bar will require an ID to purchase any alcoholic beverages.

Are there special room rates available at the hotel for the event?

Yes! There is a courtesy block of hotel rooms at $125/night. Please call the Embassy Suites at (225) 924-6566 to make reservations and ask for the Krewe of Southdowns Ball block.
