Join us March 26th for a new artists exhibition and panel with artist and author John K. (JK) Lawson and Dr. Angélique Bergeron with the West Baton Rouge Museum. Panelists will discuss cultural preservation through the arts. We will also highlight a new exhibition at the Old Governor's Mansion of JK Lawson's work titled Beneath the Surface (focusing on post-Katrina salvaged architectural drawings) and his ongoing Louisiana landscape series entitled Meditations. We will also unveil a new and unique portrait of former Governor Huey Long.
Doors open at 6 pm for wine and hors d’ouevres and lecture begins at 6:30 pm
