Local seafood cooking demo and tastings by champion chef, King 2019 of Louisiana Seafood, Executive Chef Nathan Richard of DTB Restaurant in New Orleans. Nathan draws upon all of his vast experiences, from childhood to the present, to create dishes that are reflective of his life and travels. He believes food should be “hearty, nostalgic and exciting”. A special appearance by Jady Regard, "Chief Nut Officer" from Cane River Pecan Company. Seafood provided by Delcambre Direct Seafood.
