Ball Theme: Once Upon A Squirrel

The 2024 Ball marks our first ball since pre-covid, and we couldn’t be more excited.

If you like to costume, think of your favorite fairytale character which may include princesses, fairies, heroines, kindly wizards, enchanted beasts, gnomes, unrealistic romance, fierce dragons, and knights; come dressed to show your best fairytale vibe interpretation as lots of diversity is encouraged.

Please join us at Gallery 14 on the evening of January 20^th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. Parking is available onsite, and entertainment will be provided by WHYR 96.9 FM – Baton Rouge Community Radio. This event is bring your own refreshments and nourishment. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.

Bring your Krewe: Preselect and secure your table today that seats up to 10. Individual seating is also available.

Table decorations are encouraged and venue location will be available for early, same day setup from noon to 2:00 p.m. All tickets purchased tickets will be emailed to the email account provided at the time of purchase or texted to the phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Adventuring with less than your Krewe: Individual seating is available. Online advance ticket purchase is encouraged as day of event ticketing is not guaranteed. If this website is still allowing ticket sales, then tickets are still available, but that may mean standing room only, if seat section is unavailable. No cash sales will be available the day of the event.

Can't get enough: Attend the annual Mid City Gras parade on Sunday, February 4, 2024 down North Boulevard. Almost all ball ticket proceeds are used to support the Mid City Gras parade showcasing our vibrant and diverse community.
