KING JOLLY GOODFELLOW XCI and his Queen, Ball Captain, and court invite you to celebrate the Elk’s Annual Freedom Ball on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the new Price Leblanc PACE Center located at 2824 St. Anthony Avenue, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 featuring Da Mellow Band.

The Freedom Ball is a public fundraising program hosted by Donaldsonville Elks Lodge #1153 to support veteran service programs. The Freedom Ball includes all of the traditions and fanfare of a traditional carnival ball and is a continuation of the Elk’s Carnival Ball celebrating its 91^st Year Anniversary. Proceeds from the ball will be reserved to provide services that benefit the health and well-being of veterans; those who serve, have served, and have given their lives to protect our democratic way of life…all principles for which Elks deeply believe in and take an oath to protect.

Supporters can participate by purchasing a table of 10 ($500) or by individual tickets ($75/each). Guests are required to attend in formal attire and if desired, may choose from a selection of catered items (list to be sent by request). All guest or corporate tables (10 seats) will include ice and five setups (2 Coca Cola - 2-liters, Sprite - 2-liters, and 1 Gal. Water). Guests are welcomed to bring food and beverage to the ball. This includes alcohol. There will be NO CASH BAR. Some individual tickets are available at $75 / each. A hotel room block is reserved at the Home2Suites at 2708 W Outfitters Dr, Gonzales, LA 70737 which is approximately one-half mile from the event. Rooms are $129 plus applicable taxes.
