Ed Anderson Scholarship Fund - Capital Correspondents Association

Since 1952, the Capital Correspondents Association has been satirizing the ins, the outs and the foibles of Louisiana government and politics through the annual Gridiron Show. Proceeds from the show and donations from supporters pay for journalism scholarships for college students. The scholarship is named in honor of Ed Anderson, a longtime political reporter for The Times-Picayune who covered the Louisiana Capitol for more than three decades of highs, lows and shenanigans. Ed was a devoted participant in Gridiron. Help us continue to fund the Ed Anderson Scholarship Program to educate the next generation of journalists. Donations of $500 and above will be thanked in the program. Donations of $1,000 and above will be thanked with signage at the show. Donations of $2,500 or more will be publicly thanked from the stage at the show.
