Join Country Roads at Baton Rouge's new Water Campus for a Supper Club outing featuring the kitchen magic of Oxlot 9 of Covington's chef, 2017 Small Town Chefs award winner Jeffrey Hansell.
For our April culinary adventure, we're visiting Baton Rouge's new Water Campus, Baton Rouge's new riverfront center for cutting-edge research in science, engineering and other specialties working to to understand and better manage the complex relationship between water, land, and people in Louisiana and around the world. Dine on a sustainable seafood menu designed and prepared by Mississippi native Jeffrey Hansell, the chef at Covington's Oxlot 9 and a 2017 Small Town Chefs winner, renowned for his fresh ingredients and scrumptious takes on fresh Gulf seafood.
Cocktail hour starts at 6:30, with dinner beginning at 7:30. As for attire, think dressy casual.
No refunds will be issued after April 13th, 2018.
