Bayou Sarah Farms
Welcome to Bayou Sarah Farms, Louisiana’s first and only water buffalo dairy. We use a holistic approach to agriculture in which we view the whole farm as a living organism.
We acknowledge that the quality of our products is dependent upon the health of the soil, the quality of life of our animals, and every component in-between.
We utilize traditional farming methods, rotational grazing, and permaculture practices to regenerate the land upon which we have the honor to steward.
