About Us

LCI is a 40,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The modern and up-to-date features include spacious classrooms, including three (3) demonstration labs, three (3) general education classrooms, a bakery demonstration lab and two (2) baking labs; a full service restaurant kitchen; two (2) project kitchens; a restaurant dining room; an Amphitheater with a residential kitchen; and a media center.
